Muah AI Review (2026): Fastest Replies, 15 Messages Without Signing Up
Verdict: The quickest way to find out if an AI girlfriend is for you: no signup, fast replies, free voice. If you stay, take the yearly VIP ($5.83 a month); the monthly price is steep.
Try it without signing up
Click "Play Demo", pick a companion and type. We were chatting about 30 seconds after landing, with no email, no age form (just a line of text saying you must be 18) and no card. The demo let us send 15 messages; the 16th opened "Login required — Create an account to keep chatting after 15 messages."
Signing in is passwordless: Google, email magic link, phone, Discord, Apple or Microsoft. We asked for the email link three times over an hour and it never arrived, so we can't tell you the logged-in free limits. The app's own messages mention a daily free reply limit that resets.
Chat quality and memory
Fast: replies appeared in 1–5 seconds. They read like texts from a clingy girlfriend, short to medium with emojis, and turn flirty quickly. Our second message got:
Come here, Sam. I'm turning the lights down, putting on your favorite chill playlist, and I'm all ready to cuddle the stress out of you.
Asked for our name and what we'd told her about our day:
Your name is Sam, and you told me you had a long day at work because your manager dumped a last-minute report on you and you even missed lunch. Did I pass the test?
Every message shows its token count, which is a nice touch if you care about how much context you're using.
Voice, photos and customising
"Gen Voice" turned a reply into a voice note for free in the demo, with 16 voices to choose from. There's a "Spice it up" button for photos and a live phone-call feature on the top plan. The settings let you rewrite the companion's core personality (up to 2,000 tokens), her looks for photos, and the photo style (realistic, anime or off). Advanced options need VIP.
Pricing and billing
Three VIP tiers. Monthly they're $19.99, $49.99 and $99.99; yearly the basic VIP drops to $5.83 a month, the biggest discount we saw anywhere. Payment is by card through Stripe; crypto is listed as "coming soon" and PayPal was switched off. When we opened the pay page we were put in a Cloudflare waiting line around position 1,100 for over 20 minutes, so leave yourself time.
Privacy
The account settings show your IP address on screen alongside your email, and the delete-account button was greyed out in the demo (it should work once you're logged in; we couldn't check). Muah says it's California-based. There's an Android APK on the site; no app-store listing that we could find.

Prices as shown on muah.ai/info/pay.php on October 22, 2026, in USD before tax. The page advertises "up to 40%" off for annual plans. The plan copy promises a "SFW bank statement" but doesn't say what name appears. PayPal is no longer offered.
